We will continue working on Geometry handouts of April 26 and May 2 (solving vector problems) and Algebra handout of May 2 (complex numbers wrap-up and Cardano formula). You will also continue working on the homework assignment of May 2, which is reposted here.

-
The homework assignment is to solve the Math Battle problems
-
-
The homework assignment is the same as before, only the due date was changed to April 11. Please keep working on the problems.
-
The homework assignment is cumulative for this and next class - you will keep working on these problems for April 11 assignment.
-
-
Topics are the same as posted last time, which we did not have time to complete. We will be working on these topics on March 7 and the homework problems will be due on March 15.

-
The material is the same as posted on Jan 31, which we did not have time to study. We will study these topics on Feb. 7 and the homework assignment will be due on Feb. 14.

We are 1 lesson behind in Algebra - please skip the Algebra part of today's homework and work on the last Algebra assignment that was nominally due today, Dec. 20.

-
-
Since we did not cover the Geometry in class, you do not need to do the Geometry part of the homework.
-
In geometry assignment - please solve the problems using similarity and Thales theorem where appropriate; we will solve use these using Center of Mass later.
-
-
You can skip the mathematical induction, sequences and progressions for now (Algebra problems 3-5) - we will do it next time. In geometry - please go over the proof of the generalized Pythagorean theorem (in geometry classwork handout - or just prove it yourself using the property of proportions that we considered in class!).
-
I pasted solutions of 3a and 3b from the last homework on the jamboard - you may do the rest. Please try to figure out a convenient way for you to use a jamboard, or any similar virtual board for working in class. For the new Algebra assignment on logic - please look through the handout. Do not pay attention to Math Induction - it will be our next topic.

Homework assignment for Sep. 27 is to work on the remaining problems from the baseline review test and previous year's placement tests.
