Tuition for the academic year may be paid in full during the first tuition collection or in three installments, with one installment due each academic quarter.
I. Tuition Collection for the 1st Quarter (September 20–December 6, 2026 - 10 weeks):
- Collection Period – September 25–October 11
- Onsite Collection – Sundays, September 27 and October 4
- Deadline for Tuition and All Fees – October 11
- First Late Fee: $30 – October 12
- Second Late Fee: $60 – October 26
- Third Late Fee: $90 – November 2
II. Tuition Collection for the 2nd Quarter (December 13, 2026–March 7, 2027 – 10 weeks):
- Collection Period – December 11–December 27
- Onsite Collection – Sundays, December 13 and December 20
- Deadline for the Second Tuition Installment – December 27
- First Late Fee: $30 – December 28
- Second Late Fee: $60 – January 11
- Third Late Fee: $90 – January 18
III. Tuition Collection for the 3rd Quarter (March 14–May 23, 2027 – 9 weeks):
- Collection Period – March 12–March 29
- Onsite Collection – Sundays, March 14 and March 21
- Deadline for the Third Tuition Installment – March 21
- First Late Fee: $30 – March 22
- Second Late Fee: $60 – April 5
- Third Late Fee: $90 – May 12
Enrollment Deposit:
The enrollment deposit is collected once per year, per student, with the first tuition collection. It will be returned prior to the 3rd tuition collection to students who:
- Remain in the program through the end of the school year; and
- Pay all tuition and fees on time during each collection cycle.
If the family chooses to pay the entire tuition once, the Enrollment deposit is not collected.
