Russian 5: The course is closely connected and linked to the previous levels 3 and 4 while at the same time challenging students to take charge of their knowledge and implement acquired and new skills in the classroom and at home. Each lesson is structured in a way that allows students to demonstrate their reading, writing, perception, listening, and conversation skills. Home reading is an essential part of the class, as well as recitation of poems by heart. 1/3 of the class is dedicated to grammar learning and skills, specifically Verbs, conjugation, Aspect of Verbs, etc., ability to create meaningful conversations with proper structure of questions and responses, lexical topics, dedicated to Weather, Personal traits, Body and Face, etc. Each lesson is concluded with fun interactive tasks that allow students to summarize their knowledge and showcase their skills.
