About me

Children are curious by their nature. Everything is new for them, and every new topic is a small discovery. I love making small discoveries with them and am grateful for guiding them through this knowledge journey. I take my motivation in childrens' questions and discussions with them.

Currently, I am working on my dissertation in the Applied Mathematics and Statistics Department at Stony Brook University. My research is centered on Quantitative biology, and now I am studying the infection mechanism of SARS-CoV-2. I've graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics. After that, I have been doing research in Japan for several years until I came to Stony Brook for my Ph.D. I mentored school students with scientific projects in Japan and Stony Brook through the Women in Science and Engineering Program.
