Photo Consent Form

To celebrate student achievements and showcase SchoolNova programs, we often take photographs at school events for various uses, including print, online media publications, and the SchoolNova website. Local news media may also be present at these events. Sharing school news is important to keep the community informed and to honor the accomplishments of our students, school, and community. We would like to include your child in our coverage of school-related programs, projects, and events, and therefore, we kindly request your consent to capture photographs/videos that may include images of your child.

As a Parent/Guardian,

• I give permission for my child(ren) to participate in school events covered by media.
• I grant SchoolNova and its official staff permission to capture photos or other images of my child(ren) for legal purposes, including publicity, copyright, illustration, school advertising, and web content.
• I authorize SchoolNova to edit, use, and reuse these materials for the purposes mentioned above. Furthermore, I release SchoolNova and its staff from any claims, demands, or liabilities associated with the aforementioned uses.

We understand that you have the right to withhold consent for photographing your child(ren). If you do not wish to grant us permission, please complete and sign the attached form and return it to the SchoolNova Director at director@schoolnova.org.
