I am a high school science educator currently teaching Regents and AP Chemistry at Jericho High School. My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from VIT in Vellore, India, and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. 

After beginning my career in the oil and gas industry, I realized my true passion lies in education, prompting me to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching from the Relay Graduate School of Education in New York. 

I am deeply committed to sharing my enthusiasm for science both inside and outside the classroom. As a faculty advisor for the Science Olympiad team, I guide students through rigorous competitions, helping them develop the critical skills that prepare them for admission to top universities. I also mentor students on independent research projects and presentations for prestigious events such as ISEF and the Regeneron Science Talent Search. I am thrilled to bring my teaching experience and love of science to the students at SchoolNova.
