In an effort to recognize student achievement and highlight Summer 2021 SchoolNova program, we would like take screenshots during some courses for use in print and online media publications, SchoolNova publications and on the SchoolNova website. Sharing school news helps the community stay informed with the latest happenings at SchoolNova and is a tribute to the accomplishments of the students, our school and our community. We hope to include your child in coverage of school-related programs and projects. We would like to ask for your consent to photographing or taking videos of activities during online sessions that may contain images of your child.
I hereby consent to the participation in the interviews, the use of quotes and the taking screenshots of or videorecord my child/children and his/her/their summer course related work by SchoolNova at Stony Brook or its agents. I grant to SchoolNova the right to edit, use and reuse said products for purposes mentioned above. I also hereby release SchoolNova, its agents and employees from all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
