Summer 2021 Registration

Welcome to SchoolNova at Stony Brook enrichment program! The procedure below applies only to Summer 2021 registration; it is different than our regular registration procedure. Please read this information carefully before completing all registration forms. Please visit Summer 2021 page for general information about our Summer 2021 program

Rules and policies

1. Registration is open to new and continuing students between June 1st and June 25th
2. Submitting the registration is not a guarantee of being placed in a class. Please see this page for detailed information about placement.

Registration instructions

1. Before registering, please read the following information;

2. To register, you need to create an account on the SchoolNova website. You only need one account per family. If you already have an account, you do not need to create a new one; instead, login to your account by clicking on the login link at the top right corner of any page on the website. If you have forgotten your login information, you may request a new password.

3. If you already have an account and are registering a student who is already in the system, find the student name on your profile page and click on the "Register" button next to the student's name.

   If you just created a new account, you will be given an option to enter information about your children immediately after creating the account.

   You can also add another child to your family profile at any time by going to your profile page (click on 'My Account' link in the menu on the left) and clicking on the button 'Add student'.

4. To complete your registration, you need to pay the tuition for the whole Summer 2021 semester within 3 days of registration. If you are registering several students, you can pay the entire amount after registering all of them. You can do it using PayPal, by clicking "Pay online" button at the bottom of your account profile page.
5. You can change the class selection at any time (subject to seats availability), until June 25th. To do so, go to your family profile page, find the student you are changing the registration for, and click on the button Change next to the line Registration status for Summer 2021. Your tuition bill will be recomputed.
