Description: In Math level 1 class at SchoolNova, students will focus on counting and solving math and logic problems. Also, students get their first introduction to measurements (length, weight, capacitance, and time) and equations. We will learn Roman numerals, and we will work with 3D shapes. By the end of the year, students will be able to add/subtract double-digit numbers and be introduced to the multiplication table. During our classes, we will be playing different math games, doing experiments, and fun activities. Students should be skilled in counting up to 10 (better 20) at the time of enrollment.
