Description: CS 201 is the second year in the sequence of Computer Science courses at School Nova. Python will continue to be the programming language used for this course. In this course, students will be exposed to a number of computer science concepts such as data structures (e.g., lists, stacks, trees), algorithms (e.g., for searching and sorting), and real-world uses for these methods. While fundamental knowledge of Python (as evidenced by successfully finishing all assignments of CS101 independently) is required, this course is not a deeper dive into Python - rather, the student will be leveraging their past skills to solve challenging problems.
