I am a High School Science teacher. I studied Biology at the University of Maryland in Baltimore County and received my MS in Adolescence Science Education at Brooklyn College. I have been teaching Chemistry at SchoolNova for the past three years. This year I will be teaching both Chemistry and Biology. My goal as a teacher is to communicate scientific concepts in a way that students will not just comprehend, but also remember, make connections, stay curious, and look forward to coming to class. I have a passion for making science engaging and accessible while helping students connect concepts to real-world applications. My teaching emphasizes inquiry, hands-on learning, and fostering curiosity about the natural world.
