This form is required only for students enrolled in SchoolNova online classes. SchoolNova uses internet-based platforms and educational technologies to provide online instruction, communicate with students and families, distribute class materials, and support learning activities.
Parent/Guardian Consent
By signing this form, I:
- authorize my child to participate in SchoolNova online classes and related educational activities;
- understand that access to the internet is required for participation in online classes;
- understand that my child is expected to use online learning platforms in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner and to follow SchoolNova’s Parents and Student Handbook;
- understand that online classes may be recorded for educational or administrative purposes, when appropriate;
- understand that students may not record, photograph, copy, or distribute online classes or class materials without the permission of SchoolNova and the instructor; and
- understand that SchoolNova may suspend or terminate a student’s access to online classes if the student misuses SchoolNova’s online learning resources or fails to follow SchoolNova’s policies.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
I understand that I am responsible for providing my child with appropriate internet access, a suitable device for participation in online classes, and reasonable supervision while my child is learning from home.
