Description:
This course is designed to help students develop their artistic voice while building strong observational and technical skills. Grounded in professional drawing and painting methods, students explore more complex compositions and expressive techniques as they grow. A wide range of materials—including pencil, watercolor, acrylic, oil, plaster, and fiber arts—are introduced, allowing students to apply essential visual elements such as line, value, form, and color. Inspired by nature, art history, and global cultures, the curriculum offers a fresh theme each year to spark creativity and keep students engaged. The program culminates in two annual art exhibitions, where students proudly share their work with the community and celebrate their creative progress.
