Maria is an attorney who currently works as the Deputy Bureau Chief for the Suffolk County Law Department, focusing on municipal and administrative law. Before joining the Suffolk County government, Maria worked in private practice in New York City. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Columbia University and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
