SchoolNova’s Responsibility
SchoolNova staff supervise students only while they are inside their scheduled classroom during scheduled class times.
SchoolNova does not supervise students:
- before their first scheduled class;
- after their last scheduled class;
- between classes;
- during breaks or lunch; or
- while traveling between classrooms or buildings.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
By signing this form, I understand and agree that I am responsible for:
- bringing my child to the first scheduled class;
- picking up my child promptly after the last scheduled class;
- supervising my child between classes or arranging for another responsible adult to do so; and
- ensuring that my child does not leave the classroom before the scheduled end of class unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, or another responsible adult.

I have read and understand SchoolNova’s supervision policy and accept responsibility for my child’s supervision at all times outside scheduled classroom instruction.
