Priority registration

Dear returning families, the Priority Registration for 2022-2023 School Year begins on July 7, 2022. Please do NOT create a new account for your family - always use the existing account. If you would like to add siblings to your account, you can always do it. If you have forgotten your login information, you may request a new password. If you have any login problems, please email webmaster@schoolnova.org for help.
All questions and requests should be sent to info@schoolnova.org.
Please remember that you can always make changes in your profile, including changing your choice of the classes.

Rules and policies

1. ALL students with an existing SchoolNova accounts, have to be re-enrolled in order to secure their space for the 2022-2023 academic year. Student’s re-enrollment counts will help us determine the number of spaces available for new students. If your family does not plan to attend the school next year, please, do NOT re-register.
2. Priority registration is only open to current and past students and their siblings (this includes students who have been waitlisted in 2021). Priority registration for the 2022-2023 school year starts at 10am on July 7, 2022, and ends at 11:59 pm on August 3.
3. New since 2021: You can now make your own schedule by selecting the classes' times convenient for your family. You no longer can select subjects. Some classes have prerequisites; if these prerequisites are not met, or if the class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist for the particular class.

   We have tried to enter all prerequisites for returning students based on the classes they had previously taken and teacher recommendations. If you believe that some prerequisites were not entered correctly, please contact info@schoolnova.org.

4. Registration fee of $50 is waived for Priority Registration.

Priority registration instructions

1. Before registering, please read the following information;
   • List of classes offered for 2022 - 2023
   • Tuition and fees
   • Calendar
   • Rules and policies
2. Login to your account by clicking on the login link in the top right corner of any page on the website.
   If you have forgotten your login information, you may request a new password. If you have any login problems, please email webmaster@schoolnova.org for help.
3. Update your account information. In particular, you will be asked to indicate your acceptance of the new rules and policies.
4. On your account information page, click on the 'Register' button next to the student you want to register and follow the instructions.
