Regular registration

Welcome to SchoolNova at Stony Brook enrichment program! Please read this information carefully before completing all registration forms. Please refer to the tentative schedule for the upcoming school year before choosing the subjects for your children: https://schoolnova.org/nova/schedule We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however, the placement in the exact classes of your choice is not guaranteed. Our priority is to balance all classes to provide the best learning experience for all students of SchoolNova.

You can leave requests about the time of the classes in a Comment Box inside your profile or send them via an email: info@schoolnova.org Please remember that after your family account is created, you might make any changes in your profile, including changing your requests for placement.

Rules and policies

1. Regular registration is open to new and continuing students starting Aug 8, 2022, at 10 AM.
2. All students who register during regular registration must pay the registration fee of $50 per student. This fee must be paid at the time of registration.
3. Submitting the registration form does not guarantee a placement. Placement in a class is on a "first-come, first-serve basis." If a class has reached its capacity, the students will be placed on a waiting list. The placement of the new students into math classes is based on the results of the placement test administered 1-2 weeks before the first day of school. You will be notified by email about the time and place of the test.

1. Before registering, please read the following information;

2. To register, you need to create an account on the SchoolNova website. You only need one account per family.

3. If you do not have an account, please click on the link below to create one:

After creating a new account, you will be given an option to enter information about your children. You can also add another child to your family profile at any time by going to your profile page (click on the My Account link in the menu on the left) and clicking on the button 'Add student.'

4. To complete your registration, you must pay the non-refundable registration fee of $50 per-student fee. If you are registering several students, you can pay at the end after registering all of them. If you already had an account last year and are re-registering a returning student, find the student's name on your profile page and click the "Register" button next to the student's name. You do not need to create a new one; instead, log in to your account by clicking on the login link in the top right corner of any page on the website.
