Description: Preparation of non school nova students to join SchoolNova level math 4. This course is designed for students who never attended math classes at SchoolNova. The class's goal is to support the smooth start of the school year for new students by providing them with the experience necessary to join SchoolNova's Math 4 in September 2021. The course is not intended for our current SchoolNova math students. The course will include the solution of 2-step equations using both "whole and its parts" diagram and the "multiplication-division rectangle" diagram. It will include sets and their applications to geometry. Overall, the class will teach not only the content but also the studying and analytic skills that are needed to be successful at SchoolNova. The students will need to have a printer (color printer preferred) and a compass.
