Description: Astronomy and Space Science Summer Workshop will consist of 6 1-hour lectures answering the following questions: What are the origin, architecture, and fate of our Solar System? What are asteroids, meteoroids, and comets? What are the stars? How do they form, evolve, and die? Are there planets around other stars? What are galaxies and black holes? Students will also learn to identify celestial objects and study the distance and objects' size scale of the Universe.
